Our focus is to make authentic supplements reach customers. In case of dissatisfaction, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Our policy for cancellation and refund as follows:
You can directly cancel an order that has been recently placed by navigating to My Account > Orders. If the order is not packed then cancellation will be processed within 1 working day and refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
If the order has further processed and in transit then its not possible to cancel it and if rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders.

We would be happy to issue Return,Refund and Replacements within 7 days of order delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attribute to us including: Wrong item delivered, Transport related damage, Ordered item unavailable or Order undeliverable.
To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, refund will be made to the same account. We will initiate refund within 3 working days from our end, your bank can take up to 7 working days to process it.
Please note that any refund will attract a processing charge of 2.5% on the order amount.
